Coffia Cafe is a café located in the Nové Apollo building in the Nivy neighborhood. The menu features coffee from various roasts, including rare and particularly high-quality beans. The café serves espresso and pour-over coffee, prepared using professional grinders and espresso machines. The water is treated using reverse osmosis and enriched with minerals.
In addition to classic coffee specialties, the menu features drinks made with cascara as well as other seasonal creations. The food menu includes breakfast and brunch items, such as Eggs Benedict, homemade spreads, and freshly baked focaccia. Seasonal fruits and vegetables round out the menu.
The café is connected to a bike hub in the same building. Visitors can arrive by bike and use the bike hub before stopping by the café. A patio in the courtyard is available in the summer; it can also be accessed directly from the street.
